Interlaken Trail Festival

Join us in the stunning scenery of Interlaken! We’ve combined passable trails with steep gradients to create a range of challenges to suit everyone’s running aspirations. We are delighted to host an Up & Down race! Up & Down are hugely popular in Europe – and this course involves climbing 700m in just 12 km. A real test for your mountain legs! The 22 and 42km courses all pass through Interlaken and the beautiful Beatenberg area, and take advantage of the epic terrain of the Jungfrau region.

Are you passionate about trail running and the great outdoors ? Join our community of volunteers for the 2025 Interlaken Trail Festival!! 🏃‍♀️🏃🏿🏃🏻‍♂️ There are many roles to fill, from medal givers 🥇 to aid station helpers 🍉, marshals 🚧 to volunteer drivers 🚐, and the registration desk team. 🤝 🎁 As a thank you for your involvement, every volunteer will receive an RT Trails 'Team' T-Shirt and either a donation per shift to your association (sports, school, etc.) or a free entry to a future Trail (Summit & Global) organized by RunThrough (it could even be the next day! 🥇🥈🥉). 🐥 If you are between 15- 18 years old we will follow-up with a parental consent form to validate your participation.
